Home Scape Plans provides home renovation services including, but not limited to, total home renovations, false ceiling installations, wallpaper installation, window and door replacement, and wardrobe installation. All services are subject to a formal contract signed between the client and Home Scape Plans.
All quotes provided are estimates based on initial consultations. Final pricing is subject to change based on material costs, structural discoveries during demolition, and changes to the project scope requested by the client. A 30% deposit is required before work commences.
While we strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe, delays caused by weather, material supply chain issues, or unforeseen structural complications may extend the timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.
We offer a standard 2-year warranty on labor. Material warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. Warranty is void if the structure is modified by a third party.
Home Scape Plans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
